Half way there! Had a bit of light-headedness going up a couple flights of stairs and later in afternoon; need to make sure to drink plenty of electrolyte drink. Aside from that feeling a little tired, but otherwise perfectly fine, mentally sharp, able to do my work without issue.
Had a big drop in weight since yesterday, three pounds; now a total of ten pounds, so the bigger drop might have contributed to the lightheaded feeling. Of course, that is unlikely to continue, and weight may even hold steady, but whatever my body gives me I’ll take. Since the body is around 70% water, water weight is always in play whether fasting or not. I do enjoy weighing in every morning when fasting, so rewarding.
Helpful Hint: Read about water fasting*, watch some Youtube video (some good, some are awful). Avoid the grocery market, drug stores, and any places you you tend to get groceries or snack-food.
