10/25/19 - Sometimes it helps to mix things up, do a restart, change something to get better or faster results. Today begins is a 30 day reset with only protein-fat foods, one mead a day (OMAD), no alcohol which I’ve been loose about, even though I don’t drink much or often. I want to see how much I lose, and note any other benefits that I might notice. I do have some aching in my right leg below the knew on the right side and in my right wrist which started after I had a fall several weeks ago which seemed minor, though had some large bruised areas, but they don’t hurt. The leg and arm took the brunt of the fall. I’m also going to move my omad to later in the day, as that will prevent evening hunger. I generally prefer to eat midday, but for this thirty days I won’t eat before 4pm.
Plus, I’m doing one 48 hour fast period each week. Some research indicates a definite speed up of results in weight loss and other improvements with this strategy.
